You will meet your driver just outside the security area with a sign bearing your name and your last name. We need to know the train number/code, the time of arrival, the number and the average size of the total luggage so we can be sure you can load them in the vehicle that we’ve specifically booked for your transfer.
The airport and train station transfers include a 45 minute grace period in case of short delays. In the event of lost luggage, clients are kindly requested to please advise our office (+39 3295994798) so that they do not leave.
