Our professional driver will pick you up from the arrival lobby of Ciampino airport (FCO) and transfer you and your family safely to your hotel or your private apartment to Rome. We only use new Mercedes vehicles fully equipped with comfortable leather seats and air-conditioning. Our Limousine Service is available 24/7. The drive from Ciampino to Rome is approximately 30 minutes depending on the day, the time and the location of your hotel.
Our chauffeur will be waiting for you outside Baggage claim holding a sign with your name. We need to know the airline, the flight number, the estimated time of arrival, the number and the average size of the total luggage so we can be sure you can load them in the vehicle that we’ve specifically booked for your transfer.
The airport transfer includes a 45 minute grace period in case of short delays.
Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 50 euro/hour. In the event of lost luggage, clients are kindly requested to please advise our office (+39 338 8227700) so that they do not leave. If you do not see your driver , please do not assume he left but contact our office.
