The most famous archaeological site in the world is not difficult to name and is without a doubt Pompei. The luxurious resort for the Roman Empire, buried under the ash and lava erupted by Mount Vesuvius on August 24, 79 AD. There is no site of the same historical and archaeological importance as well preserved, evocative, memorable as that of Pompei.

Meet your driver at 8:30AM at the port of Naples. A private driver with a Mercedes luxury sedan (E class) or van (V class, Vito or Sprinter) will be at your complete disposal until the end of the tour.
Your first stop will be Pompei. We can book for you a licensed Tour-Guide for the 2hrs private walking tour of the archeological area.
The cost of the guide for the two-hour private tour is Eur 130.00 only cash for the whole group. You can pay the guide on the day of the visit.
At the end of the guided tour you will continue the drive south on the beautiful cliff road called Amalfi Coast and reach in about 1hr the town of Sorrento. You can decide whether to stop for lunch in Sorrento or continue towards Positano.
Positano. a real vertical town located between the blue waters of the Mediterranean and the beautiful green slopes of the Monti Lattari, where you can go around this charming summer village and have lunch in a local restaurant. Your driver will suggest you, if necessary, a local restaurant where you can eat a simple pizza or pasta. You are in the land famous all over the world for buffalo mozzarella and where fresh fish and shellfish are local specialties along with local wine.
You will be back to the ship not later than 4:30PM
