You are in Rome and before starting your Mediterranean cruise you still have a few hours to visit Rome. You can combine a private tour with an English-speaking driver before the transfer from Rome to the port of Civitavecchia. You will meet your driver at your hotel, B&B or private apartment in Rome. After loading your luggage you will start your private tour.
If you have just arrived at Fiumicino airport you can also start your tour from the airport (FCO). Your driver will wait for you inside your arrival terminal with a sign with your name. The extra charge for the pickup from FCO airport is Eur 80.00 cash for the whole group.
The transfer from Rome to the port of Civitavecchia will start at the end of the five-hour tour. Your driver will drop you off inside the port. Our vehicles and drivers have the authorization to enter the restricted area of the port of Civitavecchia in order to offer you the best service.
You could also book a private tour guide (5hrs) who will assist you and give you historical information about the city during the tour. Your guide will hop-off the vehicle with you at each stop and walk you through the attractions to provide the most complete insights of every attraction. The additional cost for VIP Pre-Cruise tour (5hrs) with driver and tour guide is Eur 300.00 cash total for the whole group (1 to 7 guests)
