Pisa & Lucca from the port of Livorno (9hrs)

An incredible tour that combines the visit of two of the most important historical towns with the Tuscan countryside. You will meet your driver at the port of Livorno and after a few miles you will arrive in Pisa. The city’s major attraction is undoubtedly the Leaning Tower, but once in Pisa, you will discover the wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli. The square is an incredible concentration of artistic and historical beauties which includes the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Monumental Cemetery and much more.

You can do some shopping for some souvenirs and sit in a bar overlooking the square where you can taste the typical Espresso Coffee or a Cappuccino.

Once you leave Pisa your next destination will be the famous town of Lucca, a Tuscan jewel enclosed within its imposing walls. It is one of the most fascinating and best preserved medieval cities in Italy. Particular attention has always been given to its historical and cultural memory which it carefully preserves and conquers with its delightful alleys, small streets, squares and characteristic churches.

• You will have the possibility, if you wish, for both the visit of Pisa and/or Lucca to ask our office to book a local guide for a private walking tour of the two cities.

Pisa private walking tour (3hrs): The cost for a three-hour private tour is Eur 240,00 cash for the whole group  to be paid to the driver at the end of the tour. Admission fees to various monuments will be purchased on site; cost not included.

• You can request our office can book a wine tasting with a light lunch in a local winery in the Tuscan countryside.

Wine tasting & Light lunch: Tuscany is known throughout the world for its famous local wines such as Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Sassicaia and many others. A unique experience to combine history and art with the winemaking tradition of the region. The additional cost to be considered for lunch and wine tasting is Eur 60.00 per person to be paid directly on site.

At the end of your tour your driver will take you back to the port. You will be back at the port of Livorno no later than 5:00PM.
